Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023), any registered advocate or user has the absolute right to request the complete erasure of their personal identifiers, uploaded verification documents, matter records, and AI drafting logs.
Users can purge their profile, credentials, and matters autonomously from Settings > Security & Account > Delete Account, or submit an email request to justicedeskofficial@gmail.com.
