Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the Justice Desk application, AI research tools, and website services.
Justice Desk is a legal technology software workbench and legal research platform. Justice Desk does not itself practice law, provide formal legal advice, or establish an advocate-client relationship. All AI-generated research, draft texts, and headnotes must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified advocate before filing in court.
Advocates registering for professional tier accounts warrant that their Bar Council enrollment number and professional information provided are true, accurate, and in good standing with their respective State Bar Council.
Users agree not to utilize the platform for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer proprietary AI algorithms, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or other users' confidential legal workspaces.
All software, UI designs, proprietary algorithms, and brand trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Selvel Legal Technologies Pvt Ltd. Users retain full and exclusive ownership of all documents and drafts authored by them on the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
