Justice Desk is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of all client and advocate data in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal and professional information required to provide our services: advocate name, email address, phone number, Bar Council enrollment number, and payment billing details.

2. Advocate-Client Privilege & Matter Confidentiality

All documents, drafts, case notes, and queries uploaded or generated within Justice Desk are strictly confidential. We apply end-to-end TLS 1.3 transport encryption and AES-256 database encryption at rest. We never share, monetize, or sell user case materials to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Indian Sovereignty

All user records and document data are hosted on secure, ISO 27001-certified cloud data centers located physically within the Republic of India (Mumbai Region asia-south1).

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

Under the DPDP Act 2023, users retain the right to review, rectify, export, or permanently delete their personal and account data at any time via the in-app settings or our designated grievance officer.
